Two story Spanish revival residence above foothill blvd on historic Euclid Ave! Tiled front and side gables and sheds top the structure, which is sheathed in stucco. It has an L shaped facade, with a one story wing lined on the south by a three bay arcade. The entry is located at the south end of the arcaded twos and threes. An exception is the large, arched window facing Euclid from the end of the one story wing. Details include diamond patterned vents piercing the gable ends, impost moldings, and simple raised lintels and sills. With the minor exception of aluminum awnings, this attractive example of Spanish styling is unaltered.
